This wonderful, luminous apartment is located in one small calm street Rue Fontaine de la Ville, only 5 minutes from the sea (Port of the Nice) and the Old Nice historic center. There is only to take Rue Barla to get to the Place Garibaldi and Old Nice. The closest grocery shop is just around the corner and the local train station Gare Riquier is only 5 minutes by foot away.

You can profit from the excellent bus, train and boat connections of the Port of Nice and visit the entire French Riviera by public transportation. If you come by car, to park on one street two blocks away from the apartment is completely free of charge (which is rather rare in Nice).

The apartment is in one small, one floor buidlding if the typical Nice style, with the characteristic mosaics and tomettes on the floor. However it has just been completely reconstructed, so that the kitchen, bathroom, windows, walls and all furniture are completely new.

It consists of two completely independent rooms, each one having its door, the small entrance hall and kitchen and the bathroom. One room is furnished as a real bedroom and the other on eas a living room, it has a convertible sofa, which opens into a very comfortable double bed.
