House rules

All our apartments are non-smokers.

To reserve, please pay 50 pourcent of the rent. Please note that this sum of money is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The other 50 pourcent are due at the check-in.

Check-in and check-out time is generally flexible, but reasonable. In case of other tenants arriving/leaving on the same day, we could ask for some understanding.

Fresh towels and bed-laundry, as well as all other charges are included into price, as well as our assistance in planing your trip. In return, we ask you to prepare the 300 euro damage deposit at the check-in and to leave the apartment clean before check-out.

Deposit is returned automatically at the check-out in case that nothing has been stolen or broken and that the apartment was left clean.

Tenants are obliged to respect the piece and property of other tenants in the building.

Special bed for babies can be provided upon the request.
